Balance changes and bad news for Bea, Colt and Edgar!
Supercell has been implementing the balance changes with some nerfs to Brawl Stars brawlers with a short maintenance period.
The developers of Brawl Stars, in the latest balance changes, have reduced the damage of Bea’s second gadget from 1,000 to 800 damage per bee and the damage of Colt’s Silver Bullet gadget from 6 to 2 bullets (3024 → 1008). Edgar’s super charged gadget speed has also been reduced from 700% to 525% and its base cooldown has been increased from 3 to 4 seconds.
These balance changes have been well received by the community, especially for Edgar, who has had an exaggerated performance since the December 19th release. This nerf should make it more balanced in the future. The Epic brawler was offered to all players as a free gift during the Brawlidays event, which means most of the Brawl Stars community has Edgar!
Colt’s nerf was also a welcome change. From his huge buff, which totally disrupted the game, he dominated with his powerful damage and huge range. The buff increased the damage of his main attack from 320 to 360 and also gave a 3% movement speed boost (from 10% to 13%).
