Google and Apple CEOs praise Biden’s immigration policy

Date:

CALIFORNIA: The President of the United States, Joe Biden, has been involved in a number of executive actions since he took office. Biden’s initial decisions are being debated around the world. At the same time, there are also accolades. Many tech gurus are now voicing support for Biden’s immigration policy. Google CEO Sundar Pichai, Apple CEO Tim Cook praised the immigration reform adopted by Joe Biden. They expressed optimism that the measure would not only boost the US economy, but also help create new jobs.

American technology companies like Apple, Google, and Microsoft employ large numbers of IT professionals from countries like India and China. However, until recently, Donald Trump, who was in power, stabbed IT companies that hired IT professionals from other countries, preferring his own compatriots. Joe Biden’s inauguration as the new president of the United States was the culmination of a series of decisions taken by Trump to announce his activism. The most important of these is the immigration bill. In this bill, Biden proposes radical changes to the legal status of dozens of immigrants and the granting of citizenship to others. This law, known as the United States Citizenship Act of 2021, modernizes the immigration system. In addition, it was proposed that a decision be made in the case of employment-based green cards. The move will benefit thousands of Indian IT professionals.

Apple CEO Tim Cook has welcomed President Biden’s commitment to pursue comprehensive immigration reform that reflects American values. “This effort will strengthen American societies and help this country become economically viable,” Tim Cook said in a statement. Google CEO Sundar Pichai praised President Biden on Twitter for taking swift action on immigration reforms, including relief from Kovid and the Paris climate agreement. Sundar Pichai said Google has supported these important issues and we are ready to work with the new administration to help the United States recover from the epidemic. President Biden issued a series of executive orders on Wednesday, including reintroducing the Paris Agreement on Climate Change, lifting the United States’ withdrawal from the World Health Organization, lifting the Muslim travel ban and the immediate cessation of construction work on the Mexican border wall.
