Just a few months after the Republic of Gamers sponsorship of the amateur club Bunker eSports, the two franchises come together to form the new professional club Bunker ROG eSports.
Asus Republic of Gamers and the amateur club Bunker eSports announced their merger last week, as well as the birth of the professional structure Bunker ROG eSports. After a first, first technological merger, during which Asus ROG had decided to equip Bunker teams with its ROG phone in the French and international tournaments of Fighting stars Y Call of Duty Mobile, the collaboration continues, and appears to be long-lasting between the two entities.
Asus ROG wants to shine internationally
Created in 2006, the Asus Republic of Gamers brand has become a true benchmark in PC and mobile gaming. By participating in the professionalization of an eSport club, the brand confirms its desire to establish itself firmly and in the long term in the field of competitive video games, both in France and internationally.
Therefore, all ROG Bunker equipment will now be equipped with the Republic of Gamers colors. PC gamers will benefit notably from the ROG Strix GA35 fixed towers, equipped with the latest generation of Intel 11th gen or AMD Ryzen 5000 series processors, as well as NVIDIA graphics cards (RTX 3000 series). To complete this ambitious setup, the brand will also provide gamers with ROG monitors with a record 360 Hz refresh rate. Mobile teams, meanwhile, will not be left out, as they will continue to benefit from the latest ROG Phone 5s. .
Bunker eSports is growing
On mobile devices, the Bunker eSports structure already has three teams playing. Call of Duty Mobile, Brawl Stars Y League of Legends Wild Rift. On PC and consoles, a total of 21 players use the brand’s colors in League of Legends, Valorant, Fortnite, Super Smash Bros, Street Fighter V Y PES.
