After a long wait, the cinese Jingling Tech startup announced the start of pre-orders, with the first shipments scheduled between September and October this year, of JingPad A1 tablet which, already distributed in some pre-production copies to various Youtubers, stands out for running a customized version of Linux capable of emulating Android applications as well.
Technically, the JingPad A1 tablet (243.5 x 178 x 6.7mm, for 490 grams) has a 11-inch AMOLED screen, resolved to 2,368 × 1,729 pixels, that is, in 2K, with 226 pixels per inch, very bright (430 nits), crafted according to an unusual look useful for placing windows side by side (4: 3), especially when doing a desktop mode as DeX, brought as a dowry by JingOS operating system, equipped with its own launcher (also designed to compress and decompress files), video player, explorer, audio recorder, based on Linux Ubuntu (thus capable of managing software like LibreOffice, WPS Office, Chrome / Opera / Firefox, GIMP, LibreCAD, Kodi, Telegram, Blender, Audacity, etc.), with the benefit ofWayDroid emulator that allows you run android apps (also games, like Fruit Ninja) through your own Shop (Although, at the moment, the version shown in the preview does not allow applications to connect to the Internet and carry notifications on the host system).
