Three new Chromebooks for gaming

Date:

Google has shelved the Stadia game streaming service and will soon go offline. However, the good news is being shared with its partners that there are now special Chromebooks running Chrome OS for gaming. Of course, it is about playing through the cloud. They worked with Microsoft to integrate Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) on Chromebook via an installable web app. Users can easily install the app from xbox.com/play. Xbox offers a library of hundreds of games, including Forza Horizon 5, Grounded, and Microsoft Flight Simulator, all of which can be accessed through an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. NVIDIA GeForce NOW is also supported. The quick summary:

With the new “Chromebooks for Cloud Gaming,” it’s easier than ever for gamers to find their favorite games and play them right away. Simply tap the All button, find and launch the game on the platform of your choice. No facilities. No download No waiting times.

First prizes? Acer Chromebook 516 GE is expected to be available from January 2023 at recommended retail prices starting at EUR 949. The ASUS Chromebook Flip CX5 (CX5601) is available now, starting at €1,099.
