A bug in the latest issue of Calling Card that has frustrated Call of Duty Cold War players.
Recently, COD players have witnessed hard-earned calling cards being reset to the first calling card selected in the game. Many gamers are frustrated by this glitch and have complained on Twitter and other social media platforms.
Calling cards are a unique honor given to players in the Call of Duty franchise by purchasing them using specific challenges, general progress, or simply in-game currency.
These unique name tags have been added to the Call of Duty franchise as a customization option for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. These give gamers a sense of accomplishment and help show their achievements in the game to fellow players. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War makes no difference as it has a wide variety of calling cards that players can choose from.

To find the available calling card and set it in the game, the player must go to the barracks menu under multiplayer. From there, the player must select the player ID and click on the calling card. Hover over a card you haven’t acquired to see the challenges you need to complete to acquire a particular calling card in-game.
Hello @call of Duty & @Treyarch..Please fix the bug in the barracks # Cold War.. When I try to change the calling card, it updates, but it is not saved when I join the game. This has happened multiple times.

Some calling cards have fascinating 2D art, while others are animated and look very interesting in-game. In addition, many players like these calling cards because they show the time and effort spent completing the challenge. It can also act as an intimidating factor when playing against real players in the various multiplayer modes offered by COD.
The developers have not yet issued an official statement. Nevertheless, it is expected that you will submit a hotfix update to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
