Today may be your last and best chance PS5 Or Xbox series X Or S Before Christmas. The next-generation console was unveiled at Best Buy at 6am Pacific Standard Time (9am Eastern Standard Time). Made fun of by retailers on Monday -And the site quickly buckled under request. Like Wal-Mart and other retailers earlier this season, pre-planned inventory reductions have created demand that causes retailers’ sites to crash or become virtually unusable. On the Best Buy site, after 6am Pacific Standard Time, many product pages in the console in question displayed the message “Sorry, there was a problem.”
Just before 10am Pacific Standard Time, CNET was able to confirm that the Best Buy website began selling at least a portion of its PlayStation 5 stock to at least some users. However, I had to be quick and lucky to complete the checkout. Despite the yellow “Add to Cart” button, the Best Buy app notifies shoppers that items may not be added to the cart and that inventory will increase “every few minutes”. I was displaying a pop-up.
A “hint” has been added to the pop-up, and if you can add it to your cart, you can proceed to “Sold out soon so check out soon”.
At around 12:15 pm Pacific Standard Time, Best Buy started selling the Xbox itself, but like the PS5, you should check it out immediately if you have the opportunity to add it to your cart.

Getting a disk drive version of your PS5 may cost more at first, but you’ll have access to cheaper games at retail stores.

Although the Xbox Series X lacks the growl, this console is cheap and looks great. Great for secondary consoles or anyone who just wants to subscribe to the Xbox Game Pass.

Despite being launched over a month ago, the new PlayStation and Xbox remain very difficult to find. Best Buy’s tweet, which announced that inventory will increase on Tuesday, was retweeted more than 1,600 times within 50 minutes of going out.
