Square Enix has released a new update for its online multiplayer cooperative game FINAL FANTASY: Crystal Chronicle Remaster Edition On Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.

Add skipscene cutscenes for specific events, resolve multiple in-game bugs, and improve the overall experience. The full text of the patch notes provided by the Square Enix support page is as follows:

Version 1.0.2 (Switch) Patch Note

-Boss appearance sequences and myrrh drop acquisition events in multiplayer mode can now be skipped.

-Fixed a bug where hotspots for unknown elements were marked as [?] Appears after playing in multiplayer mode with another player who has already activated the hotspot.

-Fixed a bug where players could get unlimited items.

-Various other bug fixes.

This latest update follows a formal apology from the game director last month, with the team saying,Try to get things right“After the player reported multiplayer and connectivity issues. Since then, the team has tried to deploy” quick updates “to resolve these issues.

At the time of this writing, the game has not yet returned to the Australian e-shop.It was Originally drawn from this e-shop At the beginning of September when players were reporting issues with access to multiplayer features.
