Gilstrup does not delay virus-triggered’clash royale’ patent trial

Law360 (September 9, 2020, 6:43 pm EDT)-US District Court Judge Rodney Gilstrup Wednesday Declines Postponement of Texas Federal Court Patent Trial Against Supercell, Maker of Crash Royale Mobile Games However, the delayed bid by the gaming company took place just 36 hours before Thursday’s scheduled jury election.

In July, U.S. Judge Roy S. Payne advanced trial on August 3 in September against opposition to postponement by Japanese gamemaker Gree, who accuses Supercelloi of infringing two patents. Said he did not.
