The terminal has a resolution of 2676 x 1236 pixels and has a 10-bit (8 + 2-bit) screen with OLED technology. Supports and 120HZ refresh rate and displays up to 1 billion colors. The 120 Hz refresh rate is accompanied by a 300 Hz touch sample rate. The panel covers the entire DCI-P3 color space and comes bundled with HDR10 support. Inside we have a 4000 mAh battery, which is charged at 66 W using SuperCharge technology. The battery can be charged up to 60% in about 35 minutes by cable, and wirelessly we have a 50W charge (50% in 30 minutes).
The processor is a MediaTek Dimensity 1000+, which comes with gamer features like Turbo X GPU and Hunter Boost. As for the cameras, on the back we find a 50 MP RYYB sensor with F / 1.9 aperture, along with an 8 MP ultra-wide camera and a 2 MP Macro. A laser rangefinder also appears, and in front we find a double cutout for the selfie camera, with a 16 MP main sensor and a color temperature sensor.
It also marks 5G, NFC connectivity, a fingerprint reader under the screen, and an infrared transmitter above.
Honor View 40 debuts today in China for 456 euros, in the version with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The 256 GB one costs 507 euros.
