Launch of the new Sparkasse app – version 6 with important innovations

The most important new features of version 6

The Sparkasse app has been fundamentally modernized with version 6 and, in addition to a new design, it also has a dark mode and several other new features. When calling the app, users are now greeted with a new home page. The action bar at the top gives you quicker access to important features like “send money” (for example, via bank transfer) and transaction search. You can also quickly find the menu entry to lock a card here.

There’s also a revised and simplified navigation, a redesigned financial overview, and more. The financial summary gives you an overview of all your accounts and you can sort them according to your preferences. If you prefer to be greeted with the stock deposit statement, you can simply place it at the top and sort your checking account and credit card entries below.

In addition, there is a new sales list to view all sales and money can be transferred more conveniently directly from the app. Finally, in the “Profile” area, the application shows you all the information that is of interest to you. For example, notifications from your savings bank or the account alarm you have set up. You will also find here the general settings of the application and information about your payment methods, such as Apple Pay or Giropay.
