Essen-based company Medion, a subsidiary of Chinese electronics group Lenovo, is launching a new variant of its Erazer Crawler E30 gaming laptop at ALDI. The MD64125 model has a 15.6-inch IPS panel with Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) and reaches a maximum refresh rate of 144 Hz. Inside, a Core i5-12500H (12 cores, 16 threads, Alder Lake), 16GB of DDR4 RAM, and a GeForce RTX 3050 laptop GPU with 4GB of GDDR6 RAM get the job done.
The Windows 11 Home operating system is on a 512 GB NVMe SSD (PCIe 4.0). The computer also includes an HD webcam with microphone, a permanently installed 54 Wh battery, stereo speakers with Sound Blaster Cinema 6+, and an RGB backlit keyboard. On the interface side, Bluetooth, HDMI 2.1, microSD, Mini DisplayPort 1.4, RJ-45, USB-A 2.0, USB-A 3.2 (Gen 1), USB-C 3.2 (Gen 2), WLAN 802.11ax, and a combination headphone/microphone jack.
The Medion Erazer Crawler E30 (MD64125) weighs 2.03 kg, comes with a three-year warranty and will be available from July 28, 2022 for €1,079 at Aldi be available. Incidentally, part of the scope of delivery is also a three-month free trial subscription for the xbox game passwhich includes PC games like Forza Horizon 5, Halo Infinite, Mortal Kombat 11, and Sea of Thieves.
