M: YES held an event in private and a couple of slides linked to their GeForce RTX 3080 Ti and GeForce RTX 3070 Ti, GPUs to be officially announced later this month (May 31).

Unfortunately it doesn’t offer any new information, it basically keeps confirming the leaks we already had, like that the RTX 3080 Ti will have half the memory of its big sisteri.e. 12 GB GDDR6, while GeForce RTX 3070 Ti will settle for 8GB of GDDR6 memory, which is 2 GB less compared to the 10 GB of the GeForce RTX 3080.

These slides boil down to this, see the design on the rear of these models where only the GeForce RTX 3070 employ a “Metal Flow” design, that is, perforated backplate so that part of the hot air is absorbed by the CPU heatsink or upper fans of the chassis, not knowing why this series is the only one to integrate it.

Other slides simply they talk about the cooling system, which is identical to the existing SUPRIM / SUPRIM X models with a design Tri Frozr 2S with Torx Fan 4.0 fans, a PCB with 2 ounces of copper, etc, so it matters even less than the previous image which is limited to showing the aluminum backplates.
