Nike Launches The Big Game With Three New "Air Zoom GT"

Known as the Nike Basketball Air Zoom “GT” for “Greater Than”, the series will have three new models launching in 2021 (announced for $ 170) in three different themes: the GT “Cut” for lightning and gear professionals. steering, the GT “Run” to optimize downforce during the race over time, and the GT “Jump” to develop aerial skills and protect against impacts due to repeated jumps.

First to be launched (this April 1 in China, then on April 22 on US soil), the “Air Zoom GT Cut” will be available in black-gray-white and light green or in black-gray-white and red, to offer comfort and a feeling of contact with the ground.

Next up will be the “Air Zoom GT Run” in Summer 2021, also in black-gray-white with light green lines, with a full-length Nike React lining, a double layer of Zoom Air in the forefoot and a long Nike React midsole.

Finally, there is no doubt that the “Air Zoom GT Jump” will also be expected, although a date has not been mentioned yet (during 2021). In similar colors, the model will have a stacked Zoom Air system, a full-length Zoom Air Strobel, a layer that uses Pebax technology to combine lightness and responsiveness.
