Pokémon GO: May 3 Spotlight Hour: Wingull and Double Catch Candy
Hours of operation on May 3: May 2022 begins with the limelight on May 3. From 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Trainers will encounter numerous Wingulls in Pokémon GO. The aquatic flying Pokémon has been around since Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire and evolved into Pelipper. Trainers will also get double Catch Candy in Pokémon GO for Spotlight Hour on May 3.
Is it worth the spotlight hour? If you don’t have time to open Pokémon GO and catch Wingulls on May 3, that’s fine too. Spotlight hour isn’t really worth it, unless you want to go bright hunting.
Pokémon GO: May 10 Spotlight Hour: Camaub and Double Ship Candies
Hours of operation on May 10: May 10 is Pokémon GO Spotlight Hour with Camaub. The Fire Pokémon can evolve into Camerupt. Unfortunately, Camaub is not yet available to catch as Shiny, it will only be featured at Pokémon GO Fest 2022. As a bonus, the Featured Hour on May 10 will give double the candy for sending Pokémon.
Is it worth the spotlight hour? Considerably less. The spotlight hour of May 10 in Pokémon GO is worth sending Pokémon. Therefore, you must collect all the captured monsters before the deadline, and then send them to the professor. Since Camaub is not yet available as a Shiny and he is also not a strong attacker, otherwise he can miss the spotlight hour for sure.
Pokémon GO: May 17 Spotlight Hour – Magikarp and Double Evolution XP
Hours of operation on May 17: Spotlight Hour on May 17 brings you a whole bunch of Magikarp in Pokémon GO. The Water-type Pokemon can evolve into Gyarados, which can Mega Evolve. These have recently been overhauled in Pokémon GO and are now easier to perform. Additionally, Magikarp’s Spotlight Hour doubles your development XP.
Is it worth the spotlight hour? The hour of prominence with Magikarp is partly worth it. If you don’t have a Gyarados yet or are on the hunt for the Shiny, you should take the lesson with you. Otherwise, the event in Pokémon GO is worth it for anyone who wants to rack up some experience points to level up a few levels. For this, you need to collect all the Pokémon that you can evolve during the attention hour and then evolve them during this time. By using the lucky egg, you get four times the amount of XP.
Pokémon GO: May 24 Featured Hour: Jurob and Double Catch Stardust
Hours of operation on May 24: The penultimate hour of attention of the month will take place on May 24. In Pokémon GO, the focus then turns to the Water Ice Pokémon Jurob. Trainers also get double the amount of Catch Stardust.
Is it worth the spotlight hour? The spotlight hour on May 24 is worth it for everyone who wants to collect stardust. To do this, players will need to activate a star piece in order to collect four times the amount of stardust in Pokémon GO. Jurob, on the other hand, is only worth it for Shiny collectors and anyone who doesn’t already have the Pokémon in their Pokédex.
Pokémon GO: May 31 Spotlight Hour – Peppeck and Double Catch EXP
Hours of attention on May 31: The final May Spotlight Hour will take place on May 31 and will allow Peppeck, the Flying-type Pokémon, to appear in the wild more frequently. The monster has recently been introduced to the game and has two more developments that cost a total of 125 candies. Also, there is a double amount of XP for catching monsters for the event in Pokémon GO.
Is it worth the spotlight hour? The Spotlight Hour with Peppeck is probably the only one worth having in Pokémon GO in May. Very few have evolved Pokémon so far, and the event is a good opportunity to catch as many as possible. There is also double XP for catching Pokémon. So if you use a lucky egg here, you can benefit from four times the amount of experience points and level up even faster.
