About the new next generation version of Resident Evil 4 we only reported in early July as part of the Sony PlayStation State of Play. This should appear on March 24, 2023. As mentioned in yesterday’s Capcom Showcase, Next Gen versions should continue.
As of now there are three more Resident Evil games with enhanced graphics for PC, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5. Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3 and Resident Evil 7 biohazard now wake up in 4K resolution, with ray tracing, high frame rates of frames and 3D audio to a new life. The new frames ensure an even more vivid, smooth and intense experience. DualSense haptic feedback and adaptive trigger support are also available on PlayStation 5. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players can upgrade at no additional cost through the Digital Upgrade Program and Smart Delivery. PC patches for all three titles are also appearing.
