Turtle Beach’s German subsidiary ROCCAT launched the Kain 200 AIMO as early as 2019, a wireless mouse for ambitious and professional gamers. ROCCAT is now expanding this segment with the Kone Pro Air, which is based on the popular series of the same name (Kone AIMO test).

The Kain 200 AIMO allowed unrestricted use via a dongle, but could optionally also be used via cable when charged. There was a charging cable with a special micro-USB connector that could slide firmly into the body of the mouse and form a unit with it. The Kone Pro Air also gets a handy charging cable, but this time as a better USB version and with the new Phantomflex cable, which we already know from the Burst Pro. This is particularly light and flexible and allows for a relatively wireless feel even without a mouse. elastic. Even if the 2.4Ghz technology offered by the dongle ensures a more stable and faster connection for gaming, you can now optionally use Bluetooth with the Kone Pro Air, making the mouse even more versatile in everyday life.

Like the Burst Pro, the chassis of the new Kone Pro is also built with the new honeycomb structure (Bionic Shell). This saves a lot of weight and the mouse only weighs 75 grams. The Kone Pro Air also received the new PTFE gliders that were already used in the Burst Pro. They ensure maximum gliding capacity. The new ROCCAT Owl Eye Sensor with 19k DPI takes care of the scanning. The mouse buttons have also received the new titanium optical switches and therefore offer an even longer service life.
