Samsung came up with a quick dirham

Date:

In line with technological innovation, Samsung has introduced a 16GB 14 nanometer double data rate FiveX dirham (LPDDR5X). The LPDDR5X Diram is primarily designed to enhance technological advancement through high-speed data service applications such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Five-G technology, and Metaverse. Samsung’s LPDDR5X is the next generation of mobile dirams, designed to significantly increase the speed, power, and power savings of future Five-G applications. It is capable of delivering data throughput speeds of up to 6.5 Gigabits (Gbps) per second, which is 1.3 times faster than LPDDR5’s 8.4 Gbps.
Using state-of-the-art 14 nanometer DRAM process technology, it will use approximately 20 percent less power than LPDDR5 memory. RAM is one of the most important hardware components of any computing device. RAM often draws relatively more attention to the build, speed, latency, and other important features of any device. With each new generation, mobile dirams tend to get faster and more efficient, helping manufacturers design more powerful and environmentally friendly devices.
The Samsung Diram will also ensure high-performance, low-power memory for AI-based end-use applications, such as servers and cars, outside of smartphones.
