We have tried to install it ourselves on a Galaxy S21 Ultra switched to One UI 4 and we can confirm that it works.

What does Expert RAW contribute?

Without going into too much detail, Expert Raw lives up to its name, since it is an application intended for users accustomed to the Pro modes of smartphones. It also provides access to an uncompressed image format called 16-bit linear DNG RAW.

One of the advantages of this format is that it preserves the excellent HDR of the S21 Ultra while offering the flexibility of a RAW mode, which will then allow the image to be reworked as desired in the processing software.

Beyond RAW DNG, there are the classic settings in a professional mode, namely the ability to change the ISO, shutter speed, focus, and white balance. Those who like to have a histogram (the curve that breaks down the tones in the image) can also benefit here.
