Shueisha Games Brings Six Titles to Gamescom 2026, Led by Conquista Reveal

Date:

Shueisha Games is preparing a six-title showcase for gamescom 2026 in Cologne, Germany, with the publisher planning new playable demos, the first public reveal of strategy game Conquista and the public hands-on debut of Wild Wild Eden.

The video game label of Japanese publishing company Shueisha will exhibit at gamescom from Aug. 26 to 30 at Koelnmesse. Its lineup will be presented at the Home of Indies booth in Hall 10.2, E010G-D011G, giving attendees access to projects spanning strategy, survival crafting, action, psychological adventure and narrative-focused games.

Conquista Makes Its First Public Appearance at Gamescom 2026

A major focus of the showcase will be Conquista, an upcoming 5X strategy title built around large-scale conquest, expansion and colony management.

The game sends players into new worlds where they must establish and manage colonies while pursuing broader strategic objectives. Gamescom 2026 will mark the first time Conquista has been publicly revealed, with attendees also receiving access to a hands-on playable demo.

The debut adds an unannounced strategy project to Shueisha Games’ growing catalogue and gives visitors an early opportunity to see how its microsimulation and large-scale expansion systems work together.

Wild Wild Eden Receives First Public Playable Demo

Survival-crafting title puts creature companions at the centre

Wild Wild Eden, developed by Magnus Games Studio, will also reach an important milestone in Cologne with its first public hands-on demo.

The open-world survival-crafting game takes place in a primitive fantasy setting where players assume the role of a tribal chief. Rather than treating monsters solely as enemies, the game makes creatures part of the player’s family.

Players are responsible for raising, feeding and protecting their companions while constructing a base and exploring the surrounding world. Its appearance at gamescom will provide the public with its first opportunity to experience those mechanics directly.

BAKUDO and Chronoscript Return With New Demos

SAYIL Games’ BAKUDO will be represented by a new playable demo. The boss-rush action title combines competitive ball-sport mechanics with combat and follows a student attending an elite academy.

Players face powerful rivals while gradually uncovering a larger conspiracy, blending its action-focused gameplay with a developing narrative.

DeskWorks’ Chronoscript: The Endless End will similarly receive a new playable demo. The exploration-based action-adventure places players in the role of an editor trapped inside a manuscript.

The central mystery revolves around a thousand-year story that continues writing itself even after its apparent ending, with players exploring the manuscript to determine what is happening and find a way through its evolving narrative.

UN:Me and Schrödinger’s Call Expand Narrative-Focused Lineup

Psychological and emotional stories round out the six-game showcase

Shueisha Games will also showcase UN:Me from historia, a psychological adventure centred on a girl who carries multiple souls within her body.

Players navigate an unsettling mental labyrinth and communicate with the different souls, eventually facing decisions about which ones should remain and which should be erased. A new playable demo will be available during gamescom.

Completing the six-title lineup is Acrobatic Chirimenjako’s Schrödinger’s Call, a visual novel focused on human connection during the end of the world.

The story follows Mary, a girl who receives calls from people facing their final moments. Players must carefully select what she says as she attempts to help the callers’ souls find peace.

Shueisha Games Continues International Expansion

Shueisha Games operates as the video game label of Shueisha, one of Japan’s largest publishing houses. The company was established to connect Shueisha’s publishing experience with the games industry and works with development studios in Japan and international markets.

Its gamescom 2026 presence reflects that strategy, with six projects from different developers covering a broad mix of genres and development stages.

With Conquista receiving its first reveal, Wild Wild Eden becoming publicly playable for the first time and several other titles gaining updated demos, the Cologne showcase gives Shueisha Games an opportunity to introduce its expanding portfolio to consumers, media and industry representatives at one of the global gaming sector’s largest annual events.
