The esports organization SK Gaming and a federal authority have leased around 5,000 square meters of office space in the “Ovum – Neue Mitte Braunsfeld”. The occupancy rate on the project by Fay Projects and Alfons & Alfreda increased to around 98 percent immediately after the topping-out ceremony.

The Ovum, which has been built by the general contractor Schmeing Bau since the fall of 2020, consists of five buildings with a rental area of ​​around 27,000 square meters. Completion of the first buildings is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2022.
