The great GPU trill: Arc A380 vs. GTX 1650 vs. 6500 XT in 41 games and benchmarks

From the ComputerBase forum community comes an exciting GPU test in the entry-level class between Intel Arc A380 (test), Nvidia GeForce RTX 1650 (test), and AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT (test), covering a total of 41 games and synthetic benchmarks in Full HD/1080p resolution.

The extensive comparison test was conducted by longtime reader ComputerBase. mrH, which has been on board since 2002 and was also responsible for the “OpenCL Benchmark for CPUs and GPUs” in the past. The following test system based on Intel Alder Lake-S was used for this:

Test system: CPU, motherboard and RAM
  • Intel Core i7-12700K (test) with 8 P cores + 4 E cores
    • P cores at 5.1 GHz, E core at 4.1 GHz
  • MSI MEG Z690 Unify-X (7D28-002R)
    • A.60 BIOS + Resizable BAR
  • 2×16GB Kingston DDR5-6000

The following three graphics cards with Intel Xe HPG (“Alchemist”), Nvidia Turing and AMD Navi finally had to face the benchmark test and the associated benchmark marathon.
