In terms of resolution, VGTech provides a complete breakdown of both docking and portable modes.
Docking mode uses dynamic resolution. The highest resolution is 1440×810 and the lowest resolution is about 1013×570. The pixel count of 1440×810 is common in docking mode. In docking mode, the UI renders at 1920×1080.
Portable mode uses dynamic resolution, with a maximum resolution of 960×540 and a minimum resolution of approximately 676×380. In portable mode, 960×540 pixels are common. In portable mode, the UI renders at 1280×720.
Performance in portable mode is similar to docking mode. Compared to the portable mode, the docking mode has a longer drawing distance and improved LOD.
