The page then spits out a small ZIP package with a command line script that does essentially the same thing that the Microsoft Update utility does when you install a new version of Tens.
The script connects to Microsoft servers. ORnified ORpdate Platform (hence the unofficial domain uupdump) for a modern Windows 10+ differential upgrade and download all necessary packages. However, instead of installing it on a computer, everything is assembled and the program creates the desired ISO.
