Fortnite – Here’s the trailer that gave the game its failed debut 10 years ago.

Date:

I still remember my first contact with Fortnite. Fortnite: I found a first trailer for what is now Save the World mode. (because, I don’t know if you know, but the initial concept of the game had nothing to do with the Battle Royale genre) and I signed up for a closed beta that I never got. Every day I would log in with my username and password to the original Epic Games site to see if I was lucky, but it never happened.

And I couldn’t help but feel some nostalgia when I saw the trailer that the leak known as FortniteBR on Twitter, since it is a clip that tries to present a version of Fortnite that has nothing to do with what we currently know. I leave you below with the clip and some relevant tracks from it:

  • Fortnite Originally, it focused on just a cooperative experience, much like Save the World currently offers ❗.
  • Its first trailer aired in 2011.
  • If you look at the clip below, you’ll notice that it looked pretty bad:

Some things have remained until today, such as the design of some buildings, but others have been forgotten. they have nothing to do with the present of Fortnite. Like, for example, the characters that appear in the trailer or the logo that looks like it was created on a crazy afternoon.

As you may have noticed, 10 years ago Epic Games did not consider creating a battle royale. that would be updated with new content chapters or that would include collaborations with other franchises that are capable of blowing our minds.
