latest Evaluation Patch made changes Hit effect, Buff the viper, weaken the kill joy and sage. It also influenced unintended but very powerful Omen. Players have discovered that a simple glitch can quickly neutralize them.
You can see the glitch in action below. It upsets the balance of the game a little bit.
But that’s not all! Another simultaneous glitch allows the character to teleport past the spawn barrier set at the start of the round. If you’re literally impossible to kill, its positioning isn’t very important, but it’s still a pretty big deal.
I thought the riot was fixed, but…
What we thought Omen was a map bug for teleporting across the spawn barrier was actually Omen’s problem, so we’ll disable him until _real_ is fixed. I think it will work tomorrow.September 3, 2020
After taking Omen out of the game completely yesterday, the riots he Back in action, Along with a hot fix that robs him of his astonishing supernatural powers on the following schedule:
- APAC / OCE Region – 2 pm PT / 5 pm ET
- EU/CIS/TR Region-8 pm PT / 11 pm
- NA/BR/LATAM area – 11 pm PT / 2 pm (September 4) ET
