AGON by AOC is expanding its G4 gaming monitor lineup with two new curved 34-inch ultrawide displays designed to meet the needs of both gamers and remote professionals. The new AOC GAMING CU34G4CA and AOC GAMING CU34G4ZCA combine high refresh rates, immersive ultrawide visuals, and productivity-focused features such as USB-C connectivity with laptop charging and an integrated KVM switch.
The monitors are scheduled to launch in August 2026, offering options for users seeking both competitive gaming performance and an efficient work-from-home setup.
Two New Ultrawide Monitors Target Gaming and Productivity
Both models feature a 34-inch Fast VA panel with a 3440 × 1440 WQHD resolution, a 21:9 aspect ratio, and a 1500R curved display designed to provide a wider field of view and a more immersive experience than standard 16:9 monitors.
The ultrawide format offers additional desktop space, allowing users to view multiple applications side by side without requiring a dual-monitor setup.
For gamers, the wider display enhances peripheral vision in genres such as racing simulators, flight simulators, strategy games, and MOBAs.
DisplayHDR 400 and Fast Refresh Rates
Two Performance Options Available
AGON by AOC is introducing two versions of the monitor, each targeting different types of gamers.
The AOC GAMING CU34G4CA features a 180Hz refresh rate, a 1ms GtG response time, and a 0.5ms MPRT, making it well suited for fast-paced gameplay while also serving as an everyday productivity monitor. Connectivity includes two HDMI 2.0 ports and one DisplayPort 1.4.
The higher-end AOC GAMING CU34G4ZCA offers a 240Hz native refresh rate, which can be overclocked to 250Hz, along with a 0.3ms MPRT response time for reduced motion blur during competitive gaming. It also upgrades connectivity with two HDMI 2.1 ports and DisplayPort 1.4.
Both displays are DisplayHDR 400 certified and reach peak brightness levels of up to 450 nits, delivering improved contrast and more detailed visuals in supported games.
USB-C Connectivity and Built-In KVM Switch
Designed for Hybrid Work Setups
Beyond gaming, both monitors include features commonly found in professional displays.
A USB-C connection supports video, data transfer, and up to 90 watts of laptop charging through a single cable, helping reduce desktop cable clutter.
An integrated KVM switch allows users to control two separate systems—such as a gaming desktop and a work laptop—using one keyboard and mouse, making it easy to switch between devices without reconnecting peripherals.
The monitors also include a built-in USB hub with two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports for accessories such as external storage, headsets, and other USB devices.
To simplify setup, each monitor ships with USB-C, HDMI, and DisplayPort cables.
Built for Long Gaming Sessions
Ergonomic Design and Eye Comfort Features
Both displays include ergonomic stands with 130mm of height adjustment, along with tilt and swivel adjustments to improve comfort during extended gaming or work sessions.
AOC also incorporates Flicker-Free and Low Blue Mode technologies to help reduce eye strain while maintaining image quality.
The monitors support Adaptive-Sync, synchronizing refresh rates with compatible graphics cards to reduce screen tearing and stuttering. Users can also customize settings through the AOC G-Menu software, which allows quick switching between gaming profiles and monitor presets.
Designed for Immersive Gameplay
According to César Acosta, Senior Gaming Product Manager at AGON by AOC, the combination of the 1500R curved display and 21:9 ultrawide aspect ratio is intended to enhance immersion across genres ranging from racing simulators to expansive open-world games. He added that integrating USB-C charging enables the same display to serve as both a gaming monitor and a productive workspace.
Availability and Pricing
The AOC GAMING CU34G4CA and CU34G4ZCA are expected to be available beginning in August 2026.
The manufacturer has announced suggested retail prices of 1,599 Romanian lei for the CU34G4CA and 1,799 Romanian lei for the CU34G4ZCA. Pricing for the U.S. market has not yet been announced.
Conclusion
With high-refresh-rate ultrawide displays, USB-C connectivity, integrated KVM functionality, and ergonomic features, AGON by AOC’s latest G4 monitors are designed to appeal to gamers who also need a capable workstation. The two new models offer a combination of immersive gaming performance and productivity tools in a single display.
