Alienware Gaming Monitors: Furry Design and Headphone Support

Alienware’s new AW2523HF and AW2723DF gaming monitors are once again based on an unusual design and, in addition to high refresh rates and resolutions, each offers extendable headphone support.

Of Alienware AW2523HF 25-inch black monitor sits on a hexagonal base designed to take up less desk space. Alienware wants to make it particularly interesting for e-athletes and other mouse jugglers. Electronic athletes in particular, but also hobby gamers, should also benefit from the high refresh rate of up to 360 Hertz and the Fast IPS screen with a GtG response time of 0.5 ms. It has a Full HD resolution and is compatible with AMD FreeSync Premium and AdaptiveSync.

“Industrial” design and high-end specifications

Of 27 inch AW2723DF seems with his futuristic white design having sprung directly from the Portal series. Here is the refresh rate 240Hzthis can be overclocked to 280hz. There’s also a Fast IPS display here with at least 1ms GtG response time, but a higher resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels, that’s QHD, to use. On the back of the white monitor is an LED in the shape of the Alienware logo and 27 letters whose colors can be customized.

Compared to the AW2523HF, the larger model also offers some advanced display technologies. So support AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and is certified against tearing with Nvidia G-Sync and VESA Adaptive Sync. A particularly true to life and realistic image should IPS Nano Color Technology with 95% DCI-P3 color coverage as well DisplayHDR 600 to guarantee. Both monitors come with a foldable headphone stand tight.

The Alienware AW2523HF and AW2723DF gaming monitors should be available in Germany from fall 2022, with prices to be announced by the manufacturer at the start of sales.
