China’s Game Regulator, State Publishing and Publishing (SAPP), has approved 27 new games in its first approval batch in 2020.
As translated by Daniel Ahmad, senior analyst at Niko Partners (via twitter), the organization has given approval for 16 mobile games, 6 PC games, and 5 console games.
Most notably, Super cellBrawl Stars, Inc., will lead this choice with the aim of accumulating 100 million downloads and $275 million in player spending worldwide from the first six months.
