Just after the LTE and 5G-enabled Galaxy Observe 20 Ultra handed through the FCC yesterday, it’s now time for the intercontinental Galaxy Be aware 20 5G to do the very same. Carrying model range SM-N981B, the Galaxy Observe 20 5G has been authorised by the Federal Communications Commission earlier today, July 16, with just a couple of of months to go prior to Galaxy Unpacked 2020.
The FCC documents expose the phone’s dimension to be clocking in at 161 x 75.2mm, earning it each taller and wider than very last year’s Galaxy Observe 10. The phone’s thickness is unmentioned by the FCC, but according to previous leaks, the Galaxy Notice 20 (5G) must have an 8.5mm profile.
Despite the fact that an LTE-only Galaxy Take note 20 has but to be verified by the regulatory agency, it is sensible to think that the smaller sized design will adhere to the very same strategy as the larger sized Galaxy Notice 20 Ultra and be launched with LTE connectivity in marketplaces exactly where a 5G system wouldn’t make feeling.
The international Galaxy Note 20 5G could be run by the Exynos 990 chipset regardless of earlier studies that Samsung might equip its subsequent S Pen flagship with an upgraded Exynos 992 remedy. Regretably, this has not been confirmed or denied by the FCC paperwork, so only time will reveal Samsung’s final decision. Possibly way, the chipset is likely going to be paired with 12GB of RAM, at least for the Galaxy Note 20 5G variant, while the LTE design could be restricted to 8GB.
