of Sebastian Glanzer
Anyone who plays Pokémon Go and has an Amazon Prime subscription can now dust off 36 items through Prime Gaming. We’ll show you how to log in and redeem your reward.

If you’re an Amazon Prime customer, you not only get free shipping on Prime items or access to Prime Video, but you can also get extra loot on dozens of games. In Pokémon Go you will now receive 36 items (30 Pokéballs, 5 revives and an incubator) through Prime Gaming

As a Pokémon Go player, simply go to Main game site for Pokémon Go, click on the August reward and copy the code that will appear. You can redeem this code as usual, either online on the Nianti Rewards page or in-game. Compared to other games, you don’t have to connect your Twitch account to Amazon Gaming, just use the email address you use for Pokémon Go to log in.

This is how you redeem your Prime Gaming loot for Pokémon Go

Follow the steps below to redeem a code online.

  • Visit the Niantic rewards page
  • Sign in with the same credentials you use to access your Pokémon GO account.
  • Enter your code.
  • After successfully redeeming a code, a message will appear indicating that the items have been added to your inventory.

Follow the steps below to redeem a code in-game (Android only).

  • On the game map, tap on the Poké Ball menu.
  • Tap the store icon.
  • Enter your code in the text field at the bottom of the store under “Promotions” in-game.
  • Tap Redeem.
