With Chris Klippel, the creator of Rockstar and Naughty Dog magazines and well-known insider, he is now putting his name behind an interesting prediction.
GTA 6: Supposedly ‘Ahead Of Its Time’ Thanks To RAGE9
Like Klippel in a current one cheep writes, the developer is flexing its technical muscles with the new “Rockstar Games Graphics Engine (RAGE9)”. He has received “very positive feedback” from his sources about the resulting graphics for the upcoming title. “We really shouldn’t worry about that aspect,” the source sums up. Klippel indicates that Rockstar is investing heavily here to make Rage 9 a good foundation for the next generation of GTA.
“We are talking about an engine ahead of its time”
That this engine is ahead of its time is a statement that, of course, leaves a lot of room in relation to an unpublished title. Rockstar first officially confirmed earlier this year that GTA 6 in progress es, but no indication of development status is provided.
