Karol, historic Italian brand synonymous with excellence in high-end bathroom furniture and, together with Glass 1989 me Niu Ceramica, part of the home wellness group Synergy, was selected to make the wellness spaces of thesample apartment of Milan tower.
This innovative project, the result of the collaboration of three great names in the city’s real estate sector – Impresa Rusconi, Storm.it and the architecture studio Beretta Associati, who designed the building according to the typical styles of Milanese architecture: it has 105 apartments on 23 floors, a large outdoor area dedicated to a children’s play area, coworking areas, a gym, a wellness area and a 20 meter pool. All within walking distance of Porta Nuova.
Tradition, attention to detail and innovation have always been in the DNA of Karol and its exclusive collections in which color is an element of continuity or rupture, strongly characterizing, that migrates from the furniture to the rest of the bathroom elements, from the finishes of the bathtubs to the enclosures and shower spaces.
The Torre Milano sample apartment features the following:
- in the main bathroom, the washbasin shelf from the Lignum by Karol collection with Solid Surface BIanco countertop and matt Bianco Puro lacquered washbasin cabinet;
- in the guest bathroom, the bathroom cabinet from the Manhattan collection by Karol, with mirror and led, with Salvia glossy glass finish for the countertop, Salvia glossy lacquer for the basin support (side photo) and Absenzio matt lacquer for the column.
With this new creation, Karol is a privileged interlocutor both for a particularly demanding private clientele, who seeks the highest quality in every detail, and for a clientele hired in high-quality projects.
