Truecaller makes it clear on the support page that the caller will not be notified that their call is being recorded. In addition, the company says that calls will not be recorded when users use headsets. Another thing to note is that Truecaller’s call recording feature is not available on all Android smartphones. How to record a call

Step 1: To use this feature for devices running Android 9 and above, go to Settings> Accessibility and Accessibility for Truecaller call recording. For some devices, this can be found in Settings – Settings -> Accessibility-> Downloaded apps.

Step 2: Tap the record button on the caller ID screen to record audio when you receive a call or make a new call.
