Thiruvananthapuram: UnitTalk Vinodini, the wife of former CPM secretary of state Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, has approached the police seeking an investigation into media reports that she owns one of the iPhones that owner Santosh Eepan gave to Swapna. Vinodini had filed a complaint with the state police chief. The complaint seeks to verify if the SIM card was used in the iPhone delivered by Santosh Eepan.

Customs is willing to cooperate with the investigation. But he couldn’t get close to them because no notification was received. According to the complaint, there was only one SIM in his name and he should check if the number was used on the iPhone. The DGP turned over Vinodini’s complaint to the cybernetic unit of the police for further investigation.

Customs discovered that the SIM card in Vinodini’s name was used in one of the five iPhones handed out by Unitac owner Santosh Eepan in exchange for the contract to build the Vadakancherry flat. Vinodini was reportedly notified to appear at the customs office to investigate the matter. After this, Vinodini approached the police.

Customs says Vinodini Balakrishnan, wife of former CPM secretary of state Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, is in possession of the most expensive phone ever bought by UniTac owner Santosh Eepan Swapna. It remains to be seen if this is one of the six iPhones previously provided or another.

Investigating agencies had previously revealed that Santosh Eepan was in possession of one of the six iPhones they had previously handed over to him. Santosh Eepan also revealed how the phone he bought to hand over to the consul general was returned to him. Santosh Eepan had told investigating officers that it was false information that Ramesh had given the phone to Chennithala.

Previously, it was clear who owned five of the six mobiles bought by Santosh Eepan in exchange for receiving the Vadakancherry Life Mission project. But a political controversy arose over the sixth mobile. Meanwhile, Santosh Eepan has revealed in front of the ED that he has a mobile phone with the controversial Apple iPhone 11 Pro 256 GB MG model. The mobile phone and serial number were shown directly to the emergency department and clarified. The phone, which was originally delivered to the UAE Consul General for Rs. But when the Consul General said he wanted another model, he bought it from Thiruvananthapuram. After this, the Consul General returned the phone. This is what Santosh Eepan now owns. WE. A.
