Microsoft likes events: register by June 17

Microsoft seems to have thrown itself into this trend of online events. After the great success of the showcase that put together the Xbox and Bethesda products comes the news that the giant intends to organize a new event.

And this new event will not be something for autumn but will come very soon: the next June 17. But it will not be a copy of the show organized for E3. In fact, there will be room for talks with Microsoft’s internal studios.

Also according to the tweet of Parris Lilly, who will host the event, there will be a way to receive news directly from: Double Fine, Obsidian, Ninja Theory and Rare. Also with global development partners. More than an event, it looks like the luxury version of what has already been seen for the E3 event. And not for nine is it called “Extended”.

Apparently the E3 event was not enough. The announcement came first on the official Xbox site signed by Will Tuttle, Editor-in-chief of Xbox Wire, who in a long post made a summary of what happened at the event with Bethesda for the first time.
