Based on user reactions on social media, it can be said that they are not satisfied with the way Mobi Bank communicates the problem that has arisen.

It would be good to change from reactive (= the customer complains) to proactive (= put their status “We have problems”, put a banner of the type “We are solving the problem, the resolution is expected in XX: YY hours” on the main site) . To show that you are in control, you will increase trust in the site (very slow).
