NACON announces today the launch of the RIGPRO Series of its gaming headsets in European markets. The PRO series consists of nine headsets from the popular 300 PRO, 500 PRO and 800 PRO series and will be available from fall 2022.
RIG 300 PRO
- 300 PRO HS for PlayStation, coming soon in black or white
- 300 PRO HX for Xbox, Coming Soon in Black or White
- 300 PRO HN for Nintendo Switch
Now everyone can play better and longer with the power of the RIG 300 PRO. Precision-tuned 40mm drivers deliver premium sound, while large noise-isolating ear cups offer signature RIG comfort. The headset features a flip-up microphone and in-line controls. With the latter, game volume and muting can be conveniently controlled. The 300 PRO is durable, has an almost unbreakable modular design, is very light and therefore also suitable for long gaming sessions. With adjustable sizes small, medium and large, it always offers the perfect fit.
The RIG 300 PRO will be available for Nintendo Switch (HN), PS5 and PS4 (HS), Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One (HX). All models are also compatible with other consoles and PCs and mobile devices with a 3.5mm jack.
RIG 500 PRO GEN 2
- 500 PRO HC GEN 2 for consoles, coming soon in black or white
- 500 PER HA GEN 2 for PC
The RIG 500 PRO Gen 2 has everything the first generation 500 PRO has, plus more upgrades. This includes, among other things, a comfortable steel headband that is not only extremely robust and flexible, but also lightweight. Additionally, RIG’s exclusive exoskeleton earcups isolate the 50mm low-distortion drivers, which are specially tuned for immersive sound quality.
The 500 PRO HC and 500 PRO HA are fine-tuned for 3D audio and come with a 2-year Dolby Atmos® activation code. The surround format allows you to react faster and more accurately, as distances and directions can be better located.
The RIG 500 PRO HC is compatible with consoles, PCs and mobile devices with its universal 3.5mm connection. The 500 PRO HA was developed for PC and has a Y adapter and is also compatible with all consoles.
RIG 800 PRO
- 800 PRO HS for PlayStation
- 800 PRO HX for Xbox
- 800 PROHD for PC
With a new multifunctional base station, the 800 PRO offers lag-free wireless sound and convenient charging. In addition, it is equipped with a detachable wireless USB adapter that can be directly connected to a console.
In addition to the base station, the 800 PRO delivers RIG’s signature premium sound with powerful 40mm drivers that have been precisely tuned for 3D audio. The 800 PRO HS is designed for PlayStation and the 800 PRO HD for PC, the RIG 800 PRO HX is also officially licensed for Xbox®. The 800 PRO HD and 800 PRO HX feature Dolby Atmos® for headphones. This allows you to experience 3D precision sound by simply connecting the dock or wireless USB adapter to your PC or Xbox console.
