According to UIDAI, it is not mandatory to have a registered mobile number to download the Aadhar card. People who do not have a mobile phone number registered with the Aadhar card can log in to the UIDAI website uidai.gov.in and download the Aadhar card online by entering the 12-digit Aadhar number on their Aadhar card.
Follow these steps to download Aadhar card online without mobile phone number:
– First log in to the UIDAI website uidai.gov.in.
– Then select the option ‘My Aadhaar’.
– Now click on Request Aadhaar Reprint.
– Then enter 12-digit Aadhaar number or 16-digit VID number, then enter security code.
– Then click on the option ‘My mobile number is not registered’.
– Now fill in the mobile number that is not registered with the Aadhar number.
– Click Send OTP.
– Check-in in the box provided in front of the Terms and conditions option.
– Then click the Submit button.
– ‘Preview Aadhaar Letter’ will appear on the computer monitor after authentication.
– Then pay to download e-Aadhaar.
– Finally download the PDF of your e-Aadhar card.
