Runescape developer Jagex runs the latest leagues. This is a seasonal variation of the game where players start new characters on a limited-time server with specific rules and tasks. This time, they are competing with Iron Man’s account (no transactions, no XP handouts) and are locked in the area of Mystarin.

The new league started last Wednesday, October 28th. Yesterday, lead content developer Kieren Charles reported the highest number of players in Old School Runescape history.
In context, 157,445 players put Old School Runescape in the top 10 most played games on Steam today. It’s just below Among Us and just above GTAV. Not a bad spin-off rooted in the 2007 Java game build.
Current Pioneer league You can earn league points by completing tasks. You can use league points to earn powerful relics and enhance your playstyle. There is also a rap to promote the league. Do you remember 2007?
