Welcome to Morning Music, KotakuA daily hangout for those who love video games and the cool ass sounds they make. Check out the games I admire more than I like today. But that remix album … yeah, that’s a good thing.
Musically speaking, Taito’s “Ray” shooter’s mid-’90s arcade trilogy —RayForce, Raystorm, and Ray crisis— It was a one-woman show that was totally scored by Zuntata members Tamayo Kawamoto.. Each game has its own appeal, but I think it has the lowest rating in the first part of the high concept of the 1998s. Ray crisis (((YouTube / Long play / VGMdb). It also applies to the departure of a soundtrack that is artistically sound but moves in a direction that I can’t enjoy.
But! Listen to this:
Tight / Lapa (YouTube)
gorgeous. (Don’t skip before 2:15.. ) this is “Ravend blue, “The first track of Kawamoto’s remix album RayCrisis Rays of the Air (((playlist / VGMdb). In it, she keeps mutating her Ray crisis An OST to a new and different genre, with a slow, gentle, and overall tilt in the beautiful direction.specific Ray crisis The tracks were so ambient that I didn’t even notice their melody, Rays of air I’ll extract those kernels and arrange them for an acoustic guitar, an accordion, and a nice female vocal, my two favorite tracks.
I don’t like everything, but especially the high points are worth the ride. His purpose, “”Shapeless living body, “”No nails on toes, ” Vit-symty(Vocal again, this time in English), and closer “Everything will be shut down.. Just like that Ray crisis‘I feel that existence is completely justified. Cool trick.
This is the end of today’s morning music! Have you ever come across another case where someone’s arrangement surprised you when you weren’t very interested in the original soundtrack? Danno, it seems pretty rare in my experience. Anyway, enjoy the open thread! I’ll be back tomorrow.
