Red Bull Padel: Court Legends to Arrive on iOS and Android May 27
As padel continues to gain momentum worldwide — including growing interest in the United States — Red Bull is expanding the sport’s reach through mobile gaming. The company announced that Red Bull Padel: Court Legends, a free-to-play game for iOS and Android devices, will launch May 27, bringing the fast-paced racket sport to players’ smartphones.
The release comes as padel experiences rapid international expansion, with new courts, clubs, and professional tournaments appearing across North America and Europe. The mobile title aims to introduce the sport to a broader audience while recreating the competitive atmosphere of professional padel.
Mobile Gameplay Inspired by Professional Padel
Developed in partnership with Premier Padel, the game draws heavily from the real-world Qatar Airways Premier Padel Tour. Players will encounter venues, branding, and tournament structures modeled after official events on the professional circuit.
According to Red Bull, the game is designed to mirror the tactical and high-speed nature of padel competition. Matches focus on real-time player-versus-player action, emphasizing positioning, shot selection, and strategic use of court walls — all central elements of the sport itself.
Players will gradually unlock and improve a range of padel techniques, including defensive lobs, volleys, overhead shots, and powerful smashes. Success in matches depends on controlling the net, maintaining pressure, and anticipating opponents’ movements.
Career Progression Mode Mimics Real Tournament Structure
From Friendly Leagues to Major Championships
The progression system in Red Bull Padel: Court Legends follows a competitive pathway inspired by professional padel rankings and tournaments.
Players begin in entry-level Friendly League events before advancing through higher-profile competitions, including P2 and P1 tournaments, eventually reaching the sport’s Major championships.
The game also includes a club management feature that allows users to build and customize teams. Different player combinations and strategies can influence gameplay style, adding another layer of tactical depth.
Padel’s Popularity Continues to Rise Globally
United States Emerges as a New Growth Market
Padel has become one of the fastest-growing sports worldwide, particularly in Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. In recent years, the United States has also started embracing the sport, with new facilities opening in states such as Florida, Texas, and California.
Premier Padel said its 2026 season will include 25 tournaments across 17 countries after a milestone 2025 campaign that marked the tour’s debut in the U.S. The upcoming season will also expand into new markets including the United Kingdom and South Africa.
Founded by Qatar Sports Investments in partnership with the International Padel Federation (FIP), Premier Padel has positioned itself as the leading professional tour for the sport. The organization says broadcasts now reach more than 244 territories worldwide, reflecting padel’s growing international appeal.
Red Bull Expands Its Presence in Gaming and Sports
Red Bull has continued investing heavily in gaming, esports, and action sports content, and Court Legends represents another step in connecting traditional sports audiences with digital experiences.
By combining mobile gaming with official professional padel branding, the company hopes to attract both longtime fans and newcomers curious about the sport’s growing popularity.
Free Download Available May 27
Red Bull Padel: Court Legends will be available as a free download beginning May 27 through Apple’s App Store and the Google Play Store.
The launch underscores how sports gaming continues evolving alongside emerging global sports trends, with padel increasingly moving beyond physical courts and into mainstream entertainment.
