Square Enix has released a 10-hour demo of Dragon Quest XI Passing Echoes-the definitive edition (which is said to be five times faster) on PS4, Xbox One and PC. Even better, Square Enix says that if you decide to buy, all progress will shift to the entire game.
Given that some games last all six, you might be shocked to hear that the game demo lasts for 10 hours. Dragon Quest XI is a bit easier to understand for past players, given that they can easily stack up for over 100 hours before reaching the ending.
Square Enix announces demo Blog post.. PS4 version available here, Xbox One demo here, Or Steam demo here..
“Frankly, calling this a demo is like underestimating it,” Square wrote. “If you download it, you can play the entire opening chapter. It’s a huge chunk of the game that takes about 10 hours, depending on how you play it.”
Square Enix also added that players who complete the demo will receive a “little snack” for the player who completes the demo, but it’s not clear what that is.
Dragon Quest XI Bypass is an expanded and expanded version of the original 2017 JRPG, with new story content, new orchestral music, new combat speed options, Japanese Celift Racks, an expanded crafting system and more.
Dragon Quest XI will be released on December 4th when it’s gone.
