Last week, the social media star’s girlfriend, Kaitlin Reagan (24), shared on Instagram and TikTok that her loved ones’ health had deteriorated. Francesco was diagnosed with testicular cancer a long time ago.
The two have become famous with their funny videos. LoPresti was followed by 730,000 people on TikTok and received more than 17 million likes on his videos. His girlfriend Kaitlin’s account has already received over 100 million likes.

Posting emotional photos of the young couple, Kaitlin’s aunt Adriane wrote: “It is with a heavy heart that I announce to all that my niece Kaitlin’s boyfriend, who was like a nephew to me, Francesco, has lost his battle. against cancer. ”

Kaitlin and Francesco have been a couple since they were 15 years old and have been inseparable ever since. She affectionately called her “Wifey” on social media.
