Resident Evil Village receives a PC optimization patch

Date:

Capcom had admitted to the technical issues PC gamers face due to DRM and just released an update that may solve the problem.

While our colleagues from Digital Foundry had confirmed the technical issues related to the DRM of the Resident Evil Village PC version and that Capcom had admitted the existence of this restriction, the Japanese publisher just released a new update.

Therefore, this patch introduces you support the FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) technology from AMD to offer a better frame rate per second while maintaining the visual quality of the title.

Obviously, Adjustments have been made to optimize anti-piracy software., the main cause of technical problems found in PC.

Now we will have to wait for the comments of the players to know if the situation has been resolved or if the hacked version of survival horror will still work better as was the case until now.
