Scientists have studied how exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMFs) from wireless devices (mobile and fixed) affects brain tumors in young people. At the same time, scientists admit that, so far, the number of patients is not yet sufficient to assess all the possible effects of mobile phone use.

Commenting on the study, Blochin, deputy director of Research and Education at the Blochin Research Institute for Pediatric Hematology and Oncology, called attention to its relevance. As the expert explained today, many people still believe that the use of mobile phones can cause cancer, which is not scientific.

“Cell phones do not cause malignant tumors of the brain and other organs and systems in children. Essentially, such cancers do not depend on environmental factors, because they are so-called fetal tumors, which have completely different developmental causes,” he emphasized.
