Black Desert Launches Shakatu’s Month with November Login Rewards, Exclusive Items and Special Events

Pearl Abyss has announced the arrival of Shakatu’s Month in Black Desert, introducing a series of limited-time events, daily login rewards and exclusive items throughout November 2026. The month-long celebration centres on Shakatu, one of the MMORPG’s best-known merchants, with activities available to players on PC and consoles.

The event includes 14 days of login bonuses, collectible trade tokens and a community-wide reward challenge that allows players to choose between guaranteed rewards and potentially larger prizes.

Black Desert Shakatu’s Month Introduces 14 Days of Login Rewards

The celebrations begin with a special login event offering rewards to players who access Black Desert over 14 days during the promotional period.

PC players can participate from 6 November to 2 December 2026, while console players will have access from 13 November to 9 December 2026.

The login rewards include several valuable in-game items designed to support character progression and equipment enhancement.

Among the available rewards are Cron Stones, Shakatu’s Gleaming Chest and an Advice of Valks (+200) Box.

Players who complete all 14 days of login rewards will receive two Shakatu’s Gleaming Chests.

Login Reward Event Dates

The different schedules give players on both platforms an opportunity to collect the rewards during their respective event periods.

Shakatu Merchants Trade Tokens Unlock 31 Exclusive Items

Alongside the login bonuses, Pearl Abyss is introducing Shakatu Merchants Trade Tokens, which players can obtain through several regular gameplay activities.

Adventurers can collect these tokens by participating in combat, gathering resources and fishing.

The tokens can then be exchanged for a selection of 31 items available during the event.

Featured Trade Token Rewards

Some of the notable rewards include:

• Advice of Valks (+300) Box: An item associated with equipment enhancement.

• Choose Your Rare Hammer Box: A reward offering a choice of rare hammer items.

• Transcended Premium Enhancement Box: A special enhancement-related reward.

The token exchange system allows players to progress towards rewards through different activities rather than relying exclusively on combat.

This provides additional opportunities for those who prefer Black Desert’s gathering and fishing systems.

Shakatu’s Trade Secret Quest Offers Up to 5,000 Cron Stones

Another major part of Shakatu’s Month is a limited-time quest titled “[Event] Shakatu’s Trade Secret”.

Players can visit Shakatu in Velia to participate in the event, which is available once per Family.

The quest presents adventurers with a choice between a guaranteed reward and a potentially more lucrative alternative.

Honest Deal or Daring Deal: Which Reward Will Players Choose?

Participants must select one of two reward chests.

[Event] Shakatu’s Honest Deal Chest provides a guaranteed reward of 1,000 Cron Stones.

[Event] Shakatu’s Daring Deal Chest offers a variable reward ranging from 100 to 5,000 Cron Stones.

The decision introduces an element of risk, as players must choose whether to accept the fixed reward or take a chance on receiving a larger amount.

However, the event also includes a community-wide incentive that could make the guaranteed option particularly attractive.

If the Honest Deal Chest receives the highest number of selections, every adventurer will receive an additional 2,000 Cron Stones.

This means the collective decisions of participating players will determine whether the wider community receives the bonus reward.

Shakatu’s Trade Secret Event Schedule

The results will confirm whether the community has secured the additional Cron Stones.

More Black Desert Events Coming Later in November

Pearl Abyss has confirmed that Shakatu’s Month will continue with further activities beyond the initial login rewards, token exchanges and Trade Secret quest.

Additional quests involving Shakatu are planned for later in November, alongside special Thanksgiving-themed events.

Although Thanksgiving is primarily associated with the United States, the seasonal celebrations will also be available to eligible Black Desert players in other regions, including the UK.

Further details about the upcoming quests and rewards have not yet been announced.
