Unsurprisingly, the changes to the Windows 11 environment are based on Windows 10X, the version of Windows that will eventually will not see the light of day since Microsoft has other plans for ARM systems, as well as those with “separate form factors”. The version is called Windows 11 Pro with build number 210529-1541.
With a new background and startup sound, Windows 11 has a simpler taskbar where icons with pinned and user-run applications are in the center. Live Tiles are a thing of the past from the Start menu, which becomes almost an app canvas that the user can “pin” for instant access. Completely new is the installation process that stands out for its beautiful graphics and more explanatory menus.
