Free instead of €4.69: get this amazing note app

Date:

The name “Notes” isn’t particularly imaginative, even for a note-taking app. But don’t let that fool you. The app is really something, and is currently available for free on the Google Play Store instead of 4.69 euros.

  • Currently, “Notes” is available for free on the Google Play Store instead of €4.69, but without a date for the campaign.
  • The app has no ads or in-app purchases.
  • “Notes” has a 4.3 star rating with over 1,100 reviews and over 100,000 downloads

Actually, Antoine is our luminary for notes apps. But when I came across this app, simply called “Notes”, I knew I’d like to recommend it.

That’s why it’s worth downloading the notes app

“Notes” comes with a short introduction to the most important features, but is generally very intuitive to use anyway. If you create notes, you can specify whether they should be plain text or a list. With lists, you can mark individual items and, if you want, remove entire items from the note.

Also, you can format the font, change the background colors and attach files to the note. These can be images, voice notes or other files. “Notes” offers you a calendar function and shows you the relevant notes for the day on the main page. Everything is organized in tabs, which you can change and expand as you wish.

You can share your notes with other people or put them as a shortcut on your home screen. Alternatively, there is also the option to use widgets and your notes will also be displayed in notifications. If you want, you can also create backups, giving you the option to back up text only or text plus attachments. You can also automatically sync your notes with Google Drive or other cloud services.

So the bottom line is that you get a complete and easy to use note taking tool that leaves nothing to be desired in my opinion. Unfortunately, we don’t know how long the promotion will last. So download it as soon as possible before it gets uploaded again.

How safe is the “Notes” download?

Notes was developed by Vitaliy Panov, whose other tools also get more than four stars on Google Play. In its Data Protection the developer declares that it collects log data (IP address, device name, operating system version, time and date of use) for maintenance purposes.

A total of 14 authorizations are listed, but not all are required; for example, you only need microphone access if you want to attach voice memos. There is nothing unusual among the required permissions, so you can attack without hesitation. The very positive reviews and 4.3 stars with over 100,000 downloads are also proof that the app is worth the money.

Can you still be lured from behind the stove with a note app? What do you think of the tips for such productivity apps in general? Tell us in the comments.
