New agreement with Geo and Airtel; Big data explosion in sight!

RLions Geo Infocomm Limited has announced the signing of a spectrum trading agreement with Airtel Limited. “The right to use the spectrum in the Andhra Pradesh (2-3.75 MHz), Delhi (2-1.25 MHz) and Mumbai (2-2.5 MHz) circles was acquired through spectrum trading. According to the announcement, Bharti Airtel will pay a total of Rs 1,183.3 million (tax included). The current total value is Rs 469.3 million.

Geo acquired the 2-15 MHz 800 MHz band spectrum in the Mumbai circle and 2-10 MHz each in the Andhra Pradesh and Delhi circles. Thus improving the excellent network experience.

Reliance Geo Infocomm Ltd., a subsidiary of Geo Platform Ltd., is building a world-class OLIP data test network using the latest 4G LTE technology. It is the only network intended for a mobile video network and supports voice over LTE technology. It can be quickly upgraded to support more data as you move to 5G, 6G, and higher in the future.
